Join a connected, nationwide team built to collaborate and deliver remotely.
Every authorization, reimbursement solution, coding strategy, patient conversation, and operational decision can move a therapy closer to someone who needs it.
Support, access, adherence, revenue cycle, and pharmacy, working as one team for the patient.
Our patient support team is each patient's single point of contact, guiding them from enrollment through treatment alongside providers and payers.
Our market access team evaluates payer coverage, coding, and payment rules and works to change medical policy so more patients can get the care they need.
Our clinical team helps patients and caregivers understand their treatment, monitors how it is going, and raises concerns early so patients can stay on therapy.
Our revenue cycle team submits claims, resolves denials and underpayments, and follows every claim through to payment.
Our pharmacy team runs licensed pharmacy services that fill, ship, and refill approved prescriptions so patients can start and stay on therapy.
Recognized for the culture our people continue to build and the growth we achieve together.
Every decision and action we take is driven by the ultimate goal: ensuring patients receive access to the care they need.
We don’t shy away from barriers, we tackle them with urgency, resourcefulness, and confidence.
We question the status quo, push through obstacles, and find solutions where others see roadblocks and quit.
We lift each other up, share insights, and work as one team to maximize impact.
We take pride in getting results - faster case outcomes, increased access, and a lasting difference in patients’ lives.

PRO-spectus is a founder-led company with 18 years of experience helping patients start and stay on therapy. Our teams work closely together, and our values of dedication, compassion, determination, and collaboration guide how we work with each other and with patients.
We put the patient first, always. Our team is collaborative, hardworking, and compassionate.
We are a Remote-First organization and the majority of our workforce is fully remote. Our pharmacy is located in Addison, TX and pharmacy roles may work out of that location.
Being remote-first means we're intentional about connection — we don't rely on any single meeting or channel to build culture. It comes from daily habits, steady rhythms, and visible leadership.
Each job description is unique in requirements. While healthcare and patient access experience is always helpful, it may not be required for every role.
What types of roles do you hire for?
We hire across patient support, clinical adherence, revenue cycle management, and pharmacy, along with technology, marketing, sales, and operations. Open positions are listed on this page.
What are the opportunities for growth?
Every open role is posted on PRO Careers, and current team members can apply for new opportunities as they open. Our work follows the full patient journey, from enrollment to reimbursement, so you will learn how many teams fit together. We tie performance conversations and promotions to our values and behaviors, and we recognize people who live them every day through our PRO Spotlight recognition program.
Do you offer internships or entry-level opportunities?
Some of our roles do not require prior healthcare or patient access experience. Each open position is listed on this page with its requirements, so you can see which ones fit where you are in your career. We do offer both internships and entry-level opportunities here at PRO!
What benefits do you offer?
Eligible team members can enroll in health and other insurance coverage for themselves and their families, and PRO contributes significantly to the cost. We also offer paid time off that grows with years of service, paid holidays, and an Employee Assistance Program with confidential counseling and support. Benefits are available to team members who work at least 30 hours per week, and we share the details during the hiring process.
How would you describe your culture?
We put the patient first, always. Our team is collaborative, hardworking, and compassionate.
What is your hiring process?
You apply through PRO Careers, and then you meet our team over video. Our interviews are structured, so every candidate is asked consistent, role-specific questions and evaluated fairly. Some roles also include a conversation about our values. Because we are remote-first, interviews are on camera, and what you see in the process is how we work day to day. The exact steps vary by role.
How will I hear about my application?
Our Talent Acquisition team reviews applications submitted through PRO Careers. If your background matches what the role needs, we will contact you to talk about next steps.
